The Dad Bros kick of this show musing about hotel mattresses. A television reality show called “Eden” centered around sending 23 people living in the wilderness was canceled after four episodes while the participants continue to try to survive for a year. Josh and Jon talk about voice assistants with kids and possibly eating 3D printed food.

Due to an upcoming track out with the kids, the Dad Bros try to record a short show to make up for some missed time, but wind up almost doing a full length program. Jon gets blood drawn and has a terrible time with it. After the dad’s camping trip that he went on, Jon finds his new favorite coffee mug/french press, the Presse by Bobble. Josh and Jon talk about the further wussification of kids with a California school banning the game of tag and reminisce about a dodgeball game called “PrisonBall” or “Jailbreak”.

Beer Man Mark returns to the Dad Bros Show to talk about the progress being made towards opening the Tar Banks Brewing Co. There is a lot of work to be done, but Beer Man Mark is up to the task as he and his partner work on getting the building ready for the public. Along the way, pieces of Lousiburg history are being uncovered which are shaping the look and feel of the Brewery.

Jon also got his hands dirty helping Tar Banks Brewing Co. get some progress made, but not before stopping for a breakfast biscuit. Josh gives a quick worm update before Jon goes into reviewing his PAX Trip. After getting in early, Jon and Hambone try to get food. Jon was a stand in for MeMe in the Omegathon competition, and he gives he recounts his experience in round one playing Codewords with strangers and learns just how many people were watch him on Twitch.

After the break, Jon has an issue with his Apple Watch on the road. The Nintendo switch was a hit at PAX and the Dad Bros talk about what they like about it. Before the show is over, Josh asks Jon a few quick questions including if he got to try the Occulus Rift, what was his favorite thing, and whether he made it to the Gearbox Panel.
